Color Schemes To Fit Your Season

Your color palette determines a majority of your wedding decor and wear. Depending on when your wedding will be held, certain shades will be more appropriate for the current season. We put together color combinations for each season that embraces the beauty that comes within the different times of the year.
Take advantage of your season to make your wedding seamlessly beautiful, no matter when it may be.

    Winter

Dusty Blues, Ivory, & Neutral Greens

Brighten up your gloomy winter days with this gorgeous color palette. Dusty blue works collectively with this time of year as it embraces the cold weather this season brings. Add a pop of brightness with hints of ivory. Like pictured above, incorporate this color into things like your bouquet and accessories to give your color palette some classic illumination. Keep your color scheme natural with greenery. Since winter loses its fresh greens, this color incorporates itself beautifully as it gives your winter wedding the crisp brightness it could be missing. All of these tones photograph exquisitely in this weather, creating a whimsical and organic feel.

    Spring

    Indigo, Blush, & Eucalyptus

As Winter fades away, it’s time to bring in the beauty of Spring. With chic tones like blush, your wedding will have that feminine warmth this season offers us. Work with nature by incorporating eucalyptus. This leaf and color provide that muted green that compliments any type of radiant flower, allowing for your blush blend to stand out. Indigo is a great color to match with these earthy, light colors. Have your groom try it out! This color looks great on tuxedos as it opens the door for many light tones to pair it with. More than any other season of the year, flowers are your friend. Take advantage of the blossoming season, and let your love bloom with it.

    Summer

    Coral, Yellow, & Turquoise

Keep your summer sunny and bright with these fun colors. Especially here in the Southwest, a pop of color goes a long way. Embrace the heat by creating a colorful scenery for your special day. The contrast the color turquoise brings to the warm tones of yellow and coral form a lighthearted ambiance that will surely have your guests feeling joyful. Don’t be afraid to be bold! Merge these shades with dull greens to not lose that elegance we all strive for on the big day. Reflect the season with your lively colors and stand out.

    Fall

    Deep Reds, Navy, & Silver

When we think of Fall, we think romance. What better way to embrace love than with red?! Leaves are changing and love is growing, allow for your colors to reflect just that. Deep reds grasp the beauty of autumn and invite the warm tones into your wedding with grace. Pair these classic shades with navy blue. This dark color compliments red without losing the magic of this season. Your groom will stand out, looking sophisticated and fashionable. Accessorize with silver to add that finishing touch of glamour.

    Jackie + Derrick – October 15th, 2016

With special events occurring almost every weekend of the year here at Renee’s, sometimes we like to look back on past weddings we’ve done. Jackie and Derrick tied the knot almost two years ago, but their style was timeless. As you will be able to see through these stunning photos, their decor and color palette are still trending today. Dive into these shots to get some October wedding inspiration.

Custom invitations were made by our sister company, Elegant Events & Invitations.

A cognac colored shoe pairs nicely with a variety of tones. We love the navy and blush palette this couple went with as it combined a traditional look with a more modern style.

The ceremony featured a gorgeous view of the Organ Mountains at Red Hawk Golf Club.

    How charming is that silverware?!

Look at this scenery! We may be bias, but New Mexico has some of the best sunsets around! It could not create a more romantic setting for outdoor weddings. The lovely hanging market lights are a trendy way to light up your dance floor.

Jackie & Derrick incorporated special family photos for their guests to view.
