    White Sands Styled Shoot

Last month we collaborated with Brittany Paden. She is the owner and wedding planner at Bloom and Co., an event planning company located in Dallas, Texas. Her vision for this photoshoot consisted of an ethereal princess that was neither prim nor proper, yet still delicate and graceful.

When searching for the perfect dress she focused on one that was romantic yet modern. The dress she chose was given the name”Cinnamon” in our store.  This whimsical gown is by designer Stella York. It is a tulle, A-line wedding gown with a beaded bodice and plunging neckline.

The dress ties in perfectly with the beautiful New Mexico sunset sky!

This beautiful bouquet of flowers adds the perfect amount of color necessary for such a delicate look.

We love the combination of the 50s art deco style pieces that were incorporated with the decor of this    shoot.  A lot of pastels and neutrals combined with the clean white of the sands formed the perfect collaboration.

    New Mexico Elopement Styled Shoot

In honor of Cinco de Mayo approaching tomorrow, we wanted to share this gorgeous styled photo shoot that embraces the Mexican culture we love so much in Las Cruces. Often times we overlook the beauty of elopements. This styled shoot reminded us that sometimes less is more. We love the unique southwest decor that was incorporated in this styled shoot. Not to mention the adorable donkey featured! Dive into these colorful photos that highlight fun prints and floral in a simplistic way.

We love these pops of color throughout these images. Perfect color scheme for summer! If you’re looking for more color inspiration, check out one of our previous blog posts that gives some insight on color schemes for your wedding season.

Dogs are common in wedding shoots, but how cool is this donkey?! We are obsessed with how cute he is!

Cookies are a great option for desserts if you want to create a clean, detailed look.

Model is wearing one of our favorite Michael Kors styles, available for rental and purchase.

Flower crowns are the new veils. What do you think about this new trend? Comment your thoughts below!

We love the unique elements that was incorporated with decor such as the black fabric included in the arc. Most people would assume to use light colors, but black was the perfect match! By using tulle, there is transparency within the fabric, allowing it to create a light feel.
